Your new role:
This is a key role within the organisation and my client is looking for an experienced, dedicated, Personal Assistant to support one of the Directors.
As a PA, you'll enjoy a varied role and play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Role Overview:
- Schedule management: Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of Executive Team.
- Administrative tasks: Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with document management.
- Event coordination: Arrange conferences, workshops, and company events.
- Travel logistics: Book flights, accommodations, and transport.
- Personal support: Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Discretion and the ability to work confidentiality
