The OASC Dossier Clerk is responsible to COS Select, through DCOS OASC, for the following:
The allocation and processing of aptitude testing, by monitoring the allocation of candidates, issuing any nominal rolls required, booking accommodation, updating RITS with all aptitude results and setting the required tasks as well as liaising with the AFCO’s, Candidates and aptitude team to ensure the smooth running of the aptitude testing process.
The administration of the boarding process by liaising with the AFCO’s and candidates to generate and book OASC boards onto RITS. Creating and reviewing candidate dossiers, helping with the syndication of the boarding programme and recording information on RITs as required.
Responsible for the smooth running of the boarding process by providing administrative support, deliver provision during the hangar phase of the selection process and helping to ensure the efficient running of the Individual Planning process.
Administrating the process for candidates who are unsuccessful at OASC.
The administration and allocation of SHINE FI to Boarding Officers and act as the poc for SHINE FI related concerns, in conjunction with the OASC SHINE SME.
The management, storage and archiving of electronic and physical files.
Provide support to the processing of applications for specialist forms of entry into service.
Complete RITs training.
Carry out any further tasks, appropriate for grade, as directed by the chain of command.
