Duties consist of the following, but are not limited to:
- Record and transcribes meeting minutes, prepares agenda and keep the open issues tracking grid.
- Serve as focal point to track office assignments to ensure timely reply or actions and to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Maintain and controls records of incoming correspondence and follow-up working process to ensure timely reply and/or action.
- Gather, compiles providers' specific data such as productivity, compliance with mandatory trainings, practice review reports, unsigned notes, consults, etc.
- Type memorandums, minutes, letters, reports, and other general office materials including confidential matters pertaining to disciplinary actions, boards of investigation and controlled correspondence for which is required to maintain high level of confidentiality.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am -4:30 pm

Physical Requirements: The work is mostly sedentary. Typically, the employee spends long periods sitting on a desk to do the work. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items such as books, binders, recorders, files, papers, small parts, or driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work. Stress is a known factor due to workload responsibilities; incumbent must deal with all type of personalities and maintain a calm and collective attitude.
