About the Role:

As a Pastoral Administrator, you will manage various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Pastoral team. This includes handling phone calls, managing appointments, maintaining student records, and producing necessary reports. You will play a key role in supporting the behaviour management processes and assisting with the overall pastoral care of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage phone calls and messages for the pastoral team.
• Schedule appointments and produce correspondence and reports.
• Maintain logs of student support plans (PSPs) and organise review dates.
• Prepare data for leadership teams and external visits.
• Provide administrative support for behaviour management and panel meetings.
• Perform general administrative duties, including updating records and handling reception duties.

Callywith College is seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Staff Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management Team, specifically assisting the Assistant Principal – Student Experience.

The ideal candidate's approach to work will need to be highly organised and flexible to cope with the secretarial demands involved with supporting the Senior Management Team.

Applicants must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven administration and secretarial skills are essential, and a knowledge of Microsoft applications and Unit-e is an advantage. You will be required to work using your own initiative, setting priorities within a confidential environment.
