Job Description
- Assist the project manager for the preparation of project work and documentation
- Photo collection and analysis of work done
- Report the work progress to project manager
- Manage subcontractors including certifying sub-contractors’ claims
- Ensure daily administrative operations such as Job / Claim orders are carried out
- Coordinate with our suppliers and clients
- Provide support to the project team
Requirements
- Local / PR only
- Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Must be willing to learn and do
- Good communication skills
- Multi tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise task
- Need to work with project team closely
- 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
