Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our project office and support the Project Manager in implementing PMO (Project Management Office) procedures. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in monitoring project performance, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining documentation. This position demands a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment and Financial Support:
• Manage financial tracking and payment processing.
• Prepare monthly financial and progress tracking reports.
Delivery Operations:
• Validate operational data and compile monthly SLA and service performance reports.
• Escalate vulnerability alerts to the Operations & Security (O&S) team.
• Support the major incident management process as needed.
General Administrative Support:
• Schedule meetings and distribute accurate meeting minutes promptly.
• Coordinate security clearances and renewals.
• Maintain project documentation and support audit activities.
• Prepare regular operational and management reports.
• Assist with general administrative duties.
Ad-Hoc Project Support:
• Provide comprehensive support for events such as workshops, team-building activities, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Outlook, Skype, and Teams is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of financial tracking and SLA reporting tools is advantageous.
