Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a successful and well-known Oxfordshire-based independent property business who are looking to recruit a proactive and well-organised Personal Assistant to assist the Managing Director within their friendly North Oxford office.
As Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for general office administration within a highly specialised team, and your day-to-day duties will involve directing calls/emails, diary management, building client relationships, assisting with the preparation and completion of legal documentation and other ad-hoc office support. Our client supports a large portfolio of properties, therefore it is essential that the successful Personal Assistant is extremely well organised with great attention to detail.
The successful Personal Assistant will have a really varied role, which will range from responding to emails, planning meetings and writing minutes, liaising with contractors, and putting together key documents, whilst also maintaining tight office procedures so attention to detail and organisation really will be vital for the role.
Whilst you will be joining as a Personal Assistant, Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client are looking for somebody who is a real team player, who really enjoys mental stimulation and throwing yourself into more complex duties outside your job description. As a result their current team have really been able to progress and develop professionally.
