About the Role
An opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Emergency & GDPR Hub in the Business Support Services Team within Adults & Communities as a Senior Administrative Assistant based at 3 High Street, Coalville. To support the Hub Manager in delivering the work of a specialist Hub, providing an efficient, effective, and comprehensive business support service across all of Adults & Communities. Have specialist technical knowledge in the work of the Hub they are assigned to and to hold in-depth knowledge of the work of the department and services that their allocated Hub supports.
About You
To apply for this post, you must:
- Be able to take minutes of meetings, or be willing to undertake training to do so.
- Have knowledge of the importance of information confidentiality (GDPR)
- Understand why accurate information/data capture and management is important. and the consequences of it not being.
- Have excellent Customer Care with the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Actively manage issues to prevent escalation.
- Have a flexible approach and work under pressure against tight timescales and remain calm and focused.
