The CAMHS Enhanced Support and Liaison Team is looking for a highly motivated and organised Admin Team Lead to join the team on a full-time basis.
The role is based at Palmerston Road in Bournemouth overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions across the Pan Dorset CAMHS Enhanced Support and Liaison tem, which provide assessment and care for young people with mental health difficulties both in the acute hospitals and within the community across Dorset. This will require the post holder to be responsible for the line management and supervision of the administration team.
You will be joining a welcoming, professional leadership team where you will receive plenty of peer support, regular supervision, and work within a friendly, supportive environment alongside our administrative team within the PAN Dorset locality.
This is a very varied role and would suit someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a busy team. A flexible and adaptable approach with excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and IT literacy are essential.
An understanding of the NHS and Local Authorities is preferable but not essential.
