Responsibilities:
- Assist with logistics clerical work, admin work, answer phone calls and emails
- Consolidate inbound and returns shipments from demand planners, and track the flow of orders to the warehouse
- Responsible for inbound and outbound shipment’s registration, and complete inventory records
- Process SAP WMS transactions related to inbound and return processes, and correct discrepancies in SAP system
- File all inbound and return documents, receipts, and signed DO
- Monitor and report discrepancies and data accuracy
- Maintain effective relationships and work closely with external and internal stakeholders (e.g., freight forwarders, warehouses, demand planners, customer service, sales, and marketing) on inbound and return purchase orders to achieve expected results and adhere to business practices
- Rotational training: outbound orders, local deliveries, cycle counting
- F5 / Diploma or above
- At least 1 year of supply chain, logistics or warehouse experience
- Familiar with logistics processes (e.g., warehouse operations, logistics management)
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to communicate in Cantonese and English
- Familiar with ERP system (such as SAP) is preferred
