As a Wellbeing Personal Trainer at our Aylesbury FWC, you're confident, outgoing and approachable. Whether you've been training for a while or just recently qualified, it's important that you've achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). A natural communicator, you're great at listening, understanding and explaining things.

Salary is based on 40 hours a week, made up of 32 Hours gym floor with 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you will drop your gym floor hours to maximise your PT earning potential of up to £36,612.16 OTE.

Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.

PT sessions have a sliding scale, the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is.

We currently have full time (37.5 hours) Personal Assistant (Care) positions at our supported housing scheme, The Elms, in Aylesbury.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide support to service users with their day to day needs, within the service or out in the community. This may involve personal care and also helping to promote life skills such as shopping, managing budgets and housework. You will follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to ensure that we are providing a service that meets each individual`s needs, supports their aspirations and maximises their independence.
You do not need sector experience as we provide a structured introduction and comprehensive training to support you with your role and you will have the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
The role will involve working shifts on a 4 week rolling pattern (shift times are 8am to 4pm, 2pm to 10pm and 3pm to 3pm the following day which includes a sleep in)
About You

You will need to be able to work shifts as part of a rota system which will include weekend and bank holiday working. We are looking for a Ward Clerk to join our paediatric inpatient ward. The successful candidate will be welcoming the patients and their parents/carers on arrival to the unit, maintaining patient records, supporting the nurses and medical staff in administrative tasks, answering the door and phone and liaising with other areas for clerical needs.

To act as the focal point of administrative communications for the ward, taking all telephone enquiries and acting as initial point of contact for routine callers to ward.

Ensure that all callers and visitors are attended to courteously and promptly. Respond to requests to enter and leave the ward using security door buzzer system in accordance with local policy.

To enter patient data onto the computer. Including admission, transfer, discharge, appointment bookings and as directed by the Nurse in Charge.
To prepare documentation admission pack for use by the nursing team.
Ensure that elective and emergency in-patient, day case and ward attender notes and x-rays are obtained in a timely manner.
Maintain inpatient notes on the ward in an organised and methodical manner, including filing of results, printing patient labels.
Ensure patient notes are sent for coding/scanning in a timely manner, and all activity (including ward attenders) is recorded on the computer system.
Ensure notes and x-rays are booked into and out of ward to enable tracking of same.
At request of nurse in charge, contact off-duty staff to arrange cover for shifts.
Make outpatient appointments and send to patients if discharged.

To provide an efficient copy typing and word processing service for GPs and health professionals as required.
