Collate and input patient information onto the Open Exeter system (BCSS). Assist in monitoring Capacity and Demand within the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme, highlighting shortages where appropriate and arrange for rooms/lists to be handed back to the symptomatic service when required. Be responsible for the preparation of case notes and assessment packs for clinic sessions, using all appropriate technologies, procedures and guidelines, ensuring an accurate, timely and high quality service to all users. Responsible for the locating, tracking, collecting and returning of case notes, using appropriate technologies and procedures and guidelines. Assist in carrying out a monthly case note audit. Act as the first point of contact for the Programme hub, patients and the team members, using initiative to resolve queries in a professional manner.
