The Supervisory AO is the focal point to resolve the administrative needs of the MHSL such as space, supplies, personnel adjustments, workload adjustments, and temporary coverage, expansion of clinical program justifications, data collection, data analysis, etc. Administration will focus on this position for management information, reports, dissemination of information, and the direction of the MHSL's established short term and long-term strategic goals and mission.

These matters include but are not limited to assisting MHSL staff to review and analyze data and prepare reports and presentations. The Supervisory AO utilizes organizational skills and reporting mechanisms to develop effective and reproducible systems to manage items such as Task/Action Items and MHSL inventory. The Supervisory AO works effectively with the Quality Management service and other internal stakeholders to operationalize best practices and remain compliant to accrediting bodies. Through the understanding and utilization of systems redesign the Supervisory AO will be able to identify leading and lagging indicators for performance and satisfaction and communicate them regularly. The Supervisory AO serves as the personnel management expert for the MHSL, performing or overseeing the full range of human resources requirements. The Role

We are looking for two experienced Clerk of Works to inspects the workmanship, quality and safety of work on construction / development sites across the Council’s estate. The role is crucial to the successful completion of all the Council’s property projects, achieving value for money, the highest quality delivery of projects and adherence to recognised quality and safety standards per design information and drawings.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Senior Clerical Assistant to work in our busy school office. They will be joining an enthusiastic team to manage reception and provide general administrative support to the school.

As a Roman Catholic School our mission statement is central and paramount to our daily work and all candidates must be able to demonstrate their commitment to our school ethos.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Excellent literacy, numeracy.
Competent user of office packages word, excel, outlook etc.
Experience of working in a busy office environment, school experience desired but not essential.
Ability to multi task & to work as part of a team.
Be hard working and able to use your own initiative.
Undertake Reception duties, including answering the telephone and face-to-face enquiries.
Assist with first aid.
Contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of the school.
Assist with Parent enquiries of all natures
Any other duties relevant to the post

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to their conveyancing team, where you will be supporting a small team of solicitors, associates and partners. This includes handling calls, managing a busy inbox, providing updates to clients, opening and closing files, managing documents, submitting applications and any other ad-hoc duties required by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previously worked in another law firm and supported a team of solicitors in either a secretarial or PA role and ideally, you have worked in a conveyancing team. You can either get to Stockport or Macclesfield too. You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail and have great written and verbal communication skills. You're IT literate and have experience working with a case management system. You're a team player and can work well off your own initiative.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive / Lawyer include:

• Managing a caseload of personal injury claims, including RTA, public liability, employer liability, and occupier liability cases

• Conducting comprehensive investigations, gathering evidence, and liaising with relevant parties, such as medical experts and insurance companies

• Advising clients on the merits of their case, potential outcomes, and risks associated with their claim

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation, including witness statements, settlement offers, and court submissions

• Preparing cases for court hearings and representing clients, where necessary, to achieve optimal outcomes

• Working closely with other team members to share knowledge, discuss strategies, and ensure high standards of client service

• Staying current with personal injury law updates, legislative changes, and relevant case law to maintain expertise

• Upholding the firm’s commitment to ethical, client-centred service and high standards of legal practice


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Solicitor

• Proven track record of successfully managing and settling personal injury claims

• Thorough knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)

• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong advocacy skills and a confident, professional demeanour
