To provide a highly professional, comprehensive, effective, and efficient office management and personal assistant service to the Associate Director and Senior Management Team.
Attributes of the successful candidate will include very high levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality, calmness under pressure and a friendly approachable style.
They will be highly literate, with exceptional attention to detail, and will be able to effectively prioritise numerous tasks and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.
To ensure the effective day-to-day management of all directly employed staff under the post holder’s control, and to be fully aware of, and routinely implement performance management processes as appropriate and to promote the Trusts Values of Safe, Kind, and Excellent.
To ensure the welfare, education, and training of the staff for the purpose of establishing good management/personal relationships and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Estate colleagues within your areas of responsibility.
To consider the training needs of all staff under the post holder’s control relative to the service provided with reference to a well-balanced, versatile, flexible, and qualified workforce.
To ensure all staff within areas of responsibility are appraised annually and their personal development files are updated.
To ensure that services are delivered in a cost effective and efficient manner always providing best value to the Trust.
