- You will use Project Management knowledge, processes and tools to lead and manage diverse project teams necessary to propose, plan, execute, and close-out multiple complex Smart Arsenal tasks or projects.
- You will compose and present project documentation (e.g. cost estimates/ proposals, project plans, schedules, spend plans, statements of work, etc.).
- You will manage and track project planning and execution information using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat software.
- You will manage and track project financial data using the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system including gathering financial information and building project structures
- You will communicate and resolve project status or issues with portfolio managers, resource managers, customers and suppliers.
- You will support a manufacturing organization.
