We are currently seeking a Temporary Legal Secretary for a boutique commercial law firm available on the following dates:
February 17th to March 6th.
This is a temp role, Monday to Thursday, from 9am to 4pm, offering the opportunity to support the firm's Commercial Litigation/Disputes Department . You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of their busy practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary management and scheduling
Preparation of court documents and correspondence
Travel arrangements and coordination
Client liaison and handling enquiries
Dictaphone typing
Managing monthly billing processes
