Admin Officer Bradford Bailiff support

• Full time in the office
• Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:00pm
• Long term temporary contract, likely to be extended due to business requirements
• £11.59 per hour rising to £11.88ph after 12 weeks.
• Start date- ASAP

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Bailiff support officer, office-based position at Court site.

Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with e-mails,
• answering telephones,
• processing returns on warrants on bailiffs.
• Preparing paperwork for the bailiff.
• General admin support for the bailiff team will need to be IT confident,
• The bailiffs deal with legal documents and therefore accuracy and attention to details is essential.

Skill and Experience required:

• Great communication skills and excellent telephone manner
• Able to work at pace
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Customer service experience
• Able to multitask
• Strong admin ability
• IT literate, use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
