Job brief
We are looking for a Graphic , web, and heavy industrial Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. The designer must be able to shape the visual aspect of the websites, product packaging , exhibitions and other events.
The designer should be able to capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.

Responsibilities
• To Prepare rough drafts, and present ideas to make a poster easier to make notice , more informative through deliberate use of colour, logos illustrations or typography .
• To study design briefs and determine requirements
• To Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• To Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• To Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• To Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• To Test graphics across various media
• To Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements and skills
• To be Proven as a skilled graphic designer
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• To have an Excellent communication skills
• To have Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• The candidate needs to have a lot of creativity. They may be called upon to tackle a range of design problems, solving them in a way that not only maximizes the aesthetic result but also addresses practical issues such as materials, usability and safety.
• The various subsets of industrial design, such as appliance design or packaging design, call for distinctly different areas of technical expertise. Industrial designers need to consider the effective use of computer-aided design software, materials and technology, manufacturing methods, and other concerns relevant to producing items that are both visually appealing and useful to consumers. Engineering knowledge is often a plus.
• Industrial designers need outstanding communication and teamwork skills. You will need to work with a wide range of other employees in different departments, from engineering and accounting to marketing and management.

Your new role

You will be a part of their day-to-day security engineering team and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security controls. You will play a big part in their transformation plans, which include new internal systems, as well as a move to the cloud in the long run.

• Document and maintain the security architecture standards.
• Define and document security architecture principles.
• Operate as a security architecture SME on security best practices, guidelines, and standards.
• Provide security architecture support on projects and designs.
• Deliver Security architecture reviews for internal technical designs.
• Support security management / IA Audit in BAU security assurance requirements including maintaining accreditation certification.
• Deliver security architecture and advice during transition & transformation.
• Define and document security architecture principles to meet information assurance controls.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong background within Security Architecture roles. You will ideally have some experience migrating to the cloud, but this is not essential. You'll need to work well as part of a team and be able to converse with different levels of stakeholder.

• Fantastic communication skills with strong and effective people skills
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills. You'll need to think on your feet and adapt to change.
• Experience in security architecture with a strong understanding of IT technologies and principles.
• Experience designing and delivering architecture plans.
• Experienced with influencing senior management on security best practice.
• Ability to be on site 2-3 days a week.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
