An excellent job opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP Solution Architect to join one of the most established organisations in South Wales on a permanent basis.

Your new role
The SAP Solution Architect will join a highly successful and growing Enterprise Applications team that are responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of critical business operations. You will liaise closely with a range of key senior stakeholders and product owners to implement business requirements, design high-quality solutions, proactively support technical implementation and the delivery of the solutions.

You will monitor emerging technologies, relevant and innovative industry trends and provide architectural input into the selection of relevant software products and services. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the wider IT Teams including Infrastructure, technical, Network, Service, SAP, and Security Architecture, to ensure that all proposed Applications Solution Architectures fit within the wider IT proposals.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

• A proven track record of working as a Solution Architect
• Strong SAP knowledge and experience is essential
• Proven experience working in a software design, technical delivery, or software solution architect role
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven experience in designing, implementing and governing solution architecture
• Knowledge of applications/software solution architecture/design
• This role would suit a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who is comfortable liaising with a range of different stakeholders.

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior ICT Azure and Infrastructure Services Architect who will play a crucial role in developing business critical solutions to support CTER’s statutory and regulatory obligations.

Working with your Head of Team, you will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, maintenance and correct functioning of Azure ICT systems and associated services required to meet specific business needs. You will ensure that all solutions meet or exceed the latest security requirements.

You will have excellent technical and organisational skills, be capable of building effective working relationships with colleagues throughout the organisation and externally, act with integrity and sensitivity, and display strong judgement and problem solving abilities.

You will need to be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an ICT related subject, and will likely have additional technical qualifications with experience in an ICT role. You will be a team player, with the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise tasks effectively, and set a balance between various competing requirements.

You will have an attitude that puts information security at the forefront of your mind in everything you do.
