Key Role:

Provide consultation and strategic guidance to federal agency Chief Enterprise Architects, CIOs, and other senior IT staff to help shape IT strategy and direction for large and complex agency IT ecosystems. Work as part of an Enterprise Services (ES) program team and lead efforts to analyze, rationalize, and modernize the technology portfolio, including technical standards, infrastructure, products, and versions. Collect information and demonstrate knowledge of the current technology portfolio. Model and analyze technology risks, determine technological dependencies through analysis, and provide strategies for optimizing the portfolio based on predetermined criteria. Process and evaluate requests for changes in the technology environment and help ES leadership determine their suitability. Model and analyze enterprise business, applications, and technology environments, including business process models, conceptual and logical infrastructure views, data concepts, and logical views. Recommend and provide strategies for adopting current architectural and technology paradigms based on knowledge of industry best practices and the client environment, including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Event Driven Architecture (EDA), Big Data analytics, virtualization, cloud computing, and managed services.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture vision and enterprise-level IT architecture, systems, and application designs

• 7+ years of experience in analysis and design of complex IT solutions involving integration or interfacing between multiple software applications, processing platforms, and software products

• 7+ years of experience with the collection, analysis, and visualization of large and complex sets of information

• Knowledge of EA methodologies and frameworks, including TOGAF

• Knowledge of current architecture and technology paradigms and concepts, including Object-Oriented Paradigm, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Event Driven Architecture (EDA), Big Data analytics, virtualization, Cloud computing, and managed services

• Knowledge of system analysis techniques for gathering and translating business requirement

CACI is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Transformation Architect to support our Air Force customer in Warner Robins, GA.  This position will be a part of our Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team for AF DCGS.  You will provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff and possesses knowledge of AF DCGS and future transitions, including the cloud.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Provides architectural governance, ensuring open architectural solutions that facilitate a more responsive and Agile engineering approach.
• Coordinates and collaborates with analysts and sustainment to directly support the validation of operation workflows, demonstration threads, and CONOPS for the SW baseline.
• Provides plans and design reviews for maintenance releases, modifications, fixes, and end-of-life replacement; HW refresh; and cyber patching

Summary:

The Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for the overall design of an application or solution, mapping business requirements to systems/technical requirements, and working as a team member along with Business Stakeholders, Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Enterprise Architects, Data Architects, and Security Architects to deliver a complete solution for the business.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on the solutions that they are responsible for

  • Outline Solutions Context and Intent

  • Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the entire solution

  • Know the relationships between components within the solution as well as with non-solution components

• Work with Product Owners to ensure safe and sustainable delivery of vision

  • Have visibility into the product roadmap and ensure technical pathways exist to implement solutions

  • Take ownership of architectural technical debt

    • Facilitate the creation of work items in the backlog

    • Advocate for prioritization of architectural technical debt

The Design Controls Process Engineer is accountable for influencing design control process activities for product development and product maintenance through the application of Quality engineering skills for medical devices. This person will support product development teams from product inception through product launch and maintenance and play an active role in the process ownership to ensure products meet quality standards consistent with both Corporate and business unit policies, while meeting all design control and other regulatory requirements.

This individual monitors internal and external regulatory observations and trends for hardware and software product development.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures Design Controls is effectively implemented across the MMS business, particularly for the Infusion Solutions Platform

• Serves as subject matter authority on Design Controls for MMS business, particularly for the Infusion Solutions Platform

• Leads continuous process improvements and partners with SME’s on key initiatives

• Ensures consistent application of design controls activities across all elements of the Quality System (e.g. CAPA, Field Actions, etc)

• Identifies IT solutions necessary to support Design Controls and works with the IT Teams to implement system solutions across BD

• Defines metrics and measures for Design Controls

• Establishes training requirements and orchestrates training for Design Controls

• Monitors performance of Design Controls and reports to senior leadership

• Strong mastery of FDA CFR 820.30 and ISO 14971 required.

• Familiarity with ISO 13485, IEC 62366, 60601, and 62304 desired.

Salary Range Information

Key Role:

Analyze client requirements and work closely with architecture designers, in accordance with DoD enterprise strategies and processes, to ensure consistent linkage and relationship between requirements and architectural models. Collaborate closely with client product leaders to analyze existing systems and solutions, and support deployment of DoD Information Technology systems. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with systems engineering fundamentals related to requirements, architectures, and interfaces for information technology systems

• Experience with training in systems engineering fundamentals

• Knowledge of Architecture Models, Requirements Analysis, and Requirements Traceability

• Ability to recognize and differentiate between functional and design-level requirements, associated measures of effectiveness, and measures of performance

You’ll plan and collaborate with CSfC engineers to architect and engineer, integrate, validate, and transition to operation the full range of solution components. From resolving interoperability issues across platforms, to supporting the acquisition of hardware, you’ll employ your hardware and software talents to maximum effect. This is your chance to develop your skills in securing Data-in-Transit (DIT) and Data-at-Rest (DAR) of CSfC solutions while continuing to advance your own networking and systems engineering expertise. You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with architecting, engineering, integration, or operation of complex information systems in direct support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, Field Activities (CC/S/A/FAs)

• Experience with the implementation of complex solutions involving CSfC Capability Packages for Mobile Access (MA) and Data at Rest (DAR), and CSfC Requirements Annexes, for Continuous Monitoring (CM) and Key Management (KM)

• Experience with technologies and platforms that make up DoD information systems and virtualization servers, including VMware vSphere or vCenter 7+, host operating systems, and Microsoft Windows Server 2016+ or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7+, host applications, and Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Storage Area Networks (SANs), transport networks, and core or edge network infrastructure, including Cisco or Juniper routers, switches, firewalls, or Security Information Event Management (SIEM) and management tools that facilitate the troubleshooting of problem behaviors or promote the orchestration and automation of new deployments and recurring administrative tasks

• Experience with project management and scheduling and in the leadership of technically diverse, small- to-medium-sized teams to accomplish successful outcomes of complex engineering efforts

• Experience with the mentorship, training, supervision, and management of junior engineering staff

• Experience with leading or contributing to business capture efforts, including small- to medium-scale proposals and developing business or marketing strategies

• Knowledge of Information Security (InfoSec) standards and requirements frameworks providing for the security categorization of information systems used by the U.S. DoD, including FIPS 199 and for the establishment of security and privacy controls in organizations and information systems under the Risk Management Framework (RMF), such as NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or Cybersecurity

• Active DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification at IAT Level II

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with technical writing and diagramming

• Knowledge of the enablement of Zero Trust in DoD Information Systems

• Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations, including confidence with public speaking for diverse audiences having both complementary and competing interests

• Ability to consider disparate sets of requirements as an integrated whole to positively influence design decisions

• Ability to establish and maintain professional networking within commercial and U.S. government industries

• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with senior and executive-level stakeholders in the role of a technical subject matter expert and trusted advisor

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or Cybersecurity

• Associate to Professional-tier industry Certification, including Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, Red Hat, or VMware
