Customer Experience Team Member - Seasonal

Creative Manager
Based in London, £42k salary, Monday to Friday, hybrid working, 25 days holiday

A leading guest services provider are looking for a Creative Manager, to enhance the creative position of the company within the market. This organisation is renowned for providing immaculate service and building and maintaining fantastic relationships with all their clients. This role will be to showcase the brand's identity and to project their values further to grow their business even more.

You will ideally have a degree or have very relevant experience. You will be used to fast paced environments and have the ability to manage and prioritise tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Creating tenders and presentations for the sales team and BID managers to win opportunities
* Designing adverts and other materials
* Creating unique and eye-catching materials, which have consistent branding and follow the latest market and industry trends
* Compile materials for both internal and external requirements
* Have the ability to work to deadlines and be flexible around this in terms of working hours
* Attend and contribute to team meetings, company meetings and conferences
* Liaise with the business development team and the marketing team in ensuring that there is consistency throughout the entire company in terms of branding and marketing and to produce outstanding designs for clients, both prospective and current

Principal Urban Design Officer needed in Harrow

The rate is £26.71ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide negotiation and appraisal of major and strategic planning proposals in relation to private and owned regeneration programmes. They will act as the principal specialist advisor to the Planning service in relation to urban design, architectural appraisals and public realm and will manage the Design Review Pane whilst supporting the Planning Policy team in the development and review of design policies and supplementary planning guidance on residential design.

Your New Role

As Finance Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing month-end and year-end closing activities (including journal entries and billing).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requiremeents.
• Payroll responsibilities
• Cashflow responsibilities
• Collaboration with teams and stakeholders across the wider business.
• Day to day management of the finance teams.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Fully qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• 1 - 3 years' experience in industry.
• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills.
• Relevant experience in the leisure / entertainment industry desirable, but not essential.
