Creative Arts Lecturer – Art and Design Specialist

We are seeking someoneTo teach on and contribute to the development and support for a range of programmes from Entry Level 1 to HE. To work closely with other members of staff both within the area and across other college areas.The responsibilities of the position include teaching on various programs within the department, acting as a personal tutor, serving as the lead course manager for specific programs, contributing to curriculum development, providing support to students with specific educational needs and attending EHCP reviews, participating in marketing and recruitment activities, contributing to the development of the flexible curriculum and learning materials, establishing external contacts and promoting industry-based work, assisting with program coordination and administration, prioritizing professional development, maintaining and improving quality standards, adhering to BCA's policies and procedures, completing Health and Safety and Safeguarding training, fulfilling Health and Safety and Data Protection responsibilities, and performing other duties consistent with the position's functions and grading

Senior Hardware Design Engineer will support the design and implementation of hardware subsystems for advanced mobile and fixed satellite tracking antenna terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex hardware designs and manage priorities
Architect and design terminal hardware, ensuring quality and cost goals
Present design analyses during reviews
Verify and test hardware in a lab setting
Mentor junior engineers

Requirements:

6-10 years in hardware design and testing
Strong PCB design skills (Altium preferred)
Experience in power supply design and compliance testing
Knowledge of embedded systems, high-speed digital design, and interconnect technologies

Electronics Design Engineer required to work on RF Antenna terminals for airborne, border protection and maritime communications in the defence avionics and mobile wireless networking industries.

You will join a team working at the cutting edge of RF and Microwave Ku/Ka, GNSS and LTE satellite phased array system design and development.
