- You will direct and coordinate the efforts of the division in the accomplishment of strategic and quality programs for all work aboard naval vessels.
- You will develop dynamic system models in support of the Department of Quality and Strategic Plan and assess proposed improvement initiatives and impact.
- You will be responsible for implementing departmental and NAVSEA quality, training, technical and strategic initiatives at the division level, including continuous improvement programs.
- You will resolve technical and design problems beyond the capacity of the support personnel and make recommendations to management regarding problems that involve strategic and quality policy determinations.
- You will manage a variety of quality oversight and improvement initiatives associated with the divisional metrics across all ship/submarine platforms during planning and execution of work at NNSY.
