Your new role
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will be working with a team of experienced insurance professionals leading client advocacy as main contacts for significant mid-large corporate accounts, with responsibility for day to day service delivery, delegation and for supporting the leadership of individual teams. You will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and or European property owner and real estate clients. Your role will be to deliver an enhanced service and added value to clients, maintaining a robust approach to ensure all clients have a service plan and an annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs. Dealing with clients from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing renewal income and actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events. Building and growing a wide network of client and market contacts and serve as a role model and mentor to associates in developing the same. Other duties will include attending insurer review meetings as well as preparing renewal reports and other technical documents. You will be responsible for building renewals documents, reports, balancing the mid-term adjustments and crafting new quotes for customers. A high attention to detail is essential when dealing with this much information. Other duties will include ensuring client details are recorded accurately, providing cover by renewal date, assisting your clients with queries daily, confirming cover with the insurers, processing policies and chasing up outstanding documentation when required.Manage all account queries and credit control matters as well as preparing underwriting information for presentations to insurers. What you'll need to succeed

* Valuation of residential properties, including portfolios

Your new role
Working as an Account Handler( Technician)
you will be responsible for producing documentation including Open market MRC slips and endorsements as well as some BAA slips + Endorsements. You will be responsible for preparing and typing of letters / emails and other correspondence, maintaining online filing and archiving systems, Entering Data onto the Global system as well as obtaining Bureau Signings and arranging extension to terms of trade. Other duties will include dealing with queries from Brokers and clients as well as calculating Profit Commissions & E2I's. You will be encouraged to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, supporting them with all technical issues and queries.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Technician/ Broker Support Technician handling NA or International Non Marine or Property
business who has experience in the production of MRC slips will contribute to your success. You will be technically astute, highly literate with excellent planning, time management and organisation skills alongside your drive and motivation will allow you to adapt well into a diverse and growing team

Your new role
Your new role working as a Senior Property Owners Account Handler means you will be responsible maintaining their client's Residential Property Insurance portfolio, providing a high quality, professional and efficient service. Dealing with clients from inception to completion you will be responsible for collating general and claims information, documentation for pre renewal and renewal meetings as well as manage the renewal/placing process in a timely manner. Highlight any potential risks and agreeing terms in line with client requirements including any mid term alterations, ensuring accurate recording of information on Acturis. Other duties will include working closely with underwriters and preparing all documentation as well as delivering great customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients, ensuring excellent service standards are always met.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Property Account handler handling Real Estate/ Property Owners from inception to will contribute to your success and ideally having experience in Residential Property. Ideally, you will be CERT CII qualified or have progression towards Dip CII. You will have excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to develop and manage good working relationships with clients and insurers through building trust and mutual respect. You will provide great customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and concerns from clients and have outstanding industry and sector knowledge. Ideally, you will have some experience with Acturis.

Your new role
* Valuation of residential properties, including portfolios
* Valuation of commercial properties including portfolios to include those within the alternatives sector
* Valuation of land (residential/commercial/mixed-use) to include the provision of development appraisals where applicable
* Acquisition surveys for commercial and residential properties
* Take accurate measurements of sites and properties in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice
* Record file notes in a format acceptable to PII insurers and corporate customers including photographs of the subject property, floor plans and other matters as necessary
* Value properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property markets
* Independent preparation of detailed valuation reports for purposes such as secured lending, taxation, pension funds and accounting
* Ability to delegate work where appropriate and to provide professional support including APC guidance to more junior team members
* Preparation of valuation reports within agreed timescales and in compliance with client SLA's
* Diligently handle all instructions and to maintain comprehensive records for all work undertaken
* Undertake peer reviews of valuation reports prepared by other members of the team
* Supported and encouraged to cultivate own sustainable pipeline of work and income stream
* Represent the team at internal and external meetings and events

What you'll need to succeed
* MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential
* Full UK driving license

Your new role
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will be working with a team of experienced insurance professionals leading client advocacy as main contacts for significant mid-large corporate accounts, with responsibility for day to day service delivery, delegation and for supporting the leadership of individual teams. You will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and or European property owner and real estate clients.

Your role will be to deliver an enhanced service and added value to clients, maintaining a robust approach to ensure all clients have a service plan and an annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs. Dealing with clients from inception to completion.

You will be responsible for managing renewal income and actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events. Building and growing a wide network of client and market contacts and serve as a role model and mentor to associates in developing the same. Other duties will include attending insurer review meetings as well as preparing renewal reports and other technical documents.
