Your new role
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will be working with a team of experienced insurance professionals leading client advocacy as main contacts for significant mid-large corporate accounts, with responsibility for day to day service delivery, delegation and for supporting the leadership of individual teams. You will be responsible for providing the day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and or European property owner and real estate clients. Your role will be to deliver an enhanced service and added value to clients, maintaining a robust approach to ensure all clients have a service plan and an annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs. Dealing with clients from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing renewal income and actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events. Building and growing a wide network of client and market contacts and serve as a role model and mentor to associates in developing the same. Other duties will include attending insurer review meetings as well as preparing renewal reports and other technical documents. You will be responsible for servicing your client accounts during the renewals process; admin, presentations, negotiating premiums and managing all paperwork. First class interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer happiness and aware of maximising opportunities are critical to your success. You will be responsible for building renewals documents, reports, balancing the mid-term adjustments and crafting new quotes for customers. A high attention to detail is essential when dealing with this much information. Other duties will include ensuring client details are recorded accurately, providing cover by renewal date, assisting your clients with queries daily, confirming cover with the insurers, processing policies and chasing up outstanding documentation when required.Manage all account queries and credit control matters as well as preparing underwriting information for presentations to insurers. Design and deliver presentations as requiredFollow up on new and existing renewal business quotations


What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Real Estate / Property Owners Account Handler handling UK or European Property Owners will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will have progression towards Cert CII, Dip CII or Advanced Dip CII.

Due to growth within one of their Real Estate and Construction team, a role has arisen for a Construction Account Executive
to work as part of an established team.

Your new role
Your new role working as an Construction Account Executive will be working for an
expanding team in the City of London and or their NW London office handling UK Construction, both annual policies and single projects business. This role will include managing existing clients effectively, proactively developing and attaining company's income and growth objectives for an assigned client portfolio, meeting renewal, cross-sell, and new business targets within specified deadlines and budgets. You will be responsible for dealing with you clients from inception to completion. Cultivating and strengthening relationships with key insurers and underwriters, collaborating closely with other divisions, Account Executives, and Handlers to build enduring connections with existing and new clients. Offer advice on existing products and demonstrate extensive expertise in a wide range of Construction products and relevant contract terms. Collaborate with other areas to identify cross-selling and expanded services opportunities, aiming to maximise product sales across the existing client base. Support the Construction team in achieving cross-selling opportunities. Assume overall responsibility for assigned client relationships and provide assistance as needed for other clients, including liaising with other specialised teams. Other duties will include handling all meeting renewals, cross-selling, and dealing with any new business. You will be responsible for dealing with clients with confidence, showcasing exceptional product knowledge.


What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as an Account Executive handling UK Construction business will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will need be able to visit clients independently and handle accounts from inception to completion. A minimum of a Cert CII qualification is preferred. Also, you will have confident and effective telephone and PC skills including Microsoft Office, have the ability to develop and sustain relationships with both clients and colleagues and have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Urgent "Head of Property Management" for a Commercial Property Management Consultancy paying £85 - £95k

Your new company
I am currently working with a leading Property Consultants specialising in the London Commercial Property market. They provide leasing, investment, development and consultancy services across the London Market

Your new role

• Leading the Commercial Property Management function, managing a small internal team and a range of external building managers to deliver a consistent service across the portfolio.
• Manage property risks, including health and safety, maintenance
• During new development scheme design stages, to provide input to scheme design at the appropriate stage alongside project teams
• The overseeing of the day to day management of the managing agents on the various projects and the wider portfolio
• Consistently look to drive rental income across the portfolio
• To put in place KPI's and regular performance reviews for managing agents, including detailed oversight of voids and bad debt
• Improve lettings, tenant relations, and engagement
• Day-to-day management of the team on-site and others off-site
• Conduct regular tenancy inspections, ensuring compliance and future planning
• Assist with regular Commercial rent reviews. applications and recommendations

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS with 4+ years PQE experience
• 8+ Years Experience in Property Management in the Commercial Sector
• Experience in managing and leading a team of 6+
