What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have previous experience surveying or on major projects and ideally hold a degree in quantity surveying (or equivalent).
In addition, you will have a strong understanding of administering NEC contracts and preferably hold a CSCS card. Finally, you will be commercially astute and have strong communication skills.
You will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the civil engineering or construction sector. Experience in fit out or refurb projects is also highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Membership of a relevant professional body would be advantageous but not essential.

About You
