Job Description
Carry out BQS and related survey in accordance with industry standard, Maritec SOP and familiar with Maritec Quality System, including :
- Carry out Bunker Quantity Survey onboard vessels.
- Attending onboard to do Quality Check and training on sampling procedures.
- Co-ordinate and liase with Shipping Agents, Suppliers and Clients in order to be on time for surveys.
- Prepare Bunker Quantity Survey reports
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age and mentally & physically fit.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Attended at least 30 complete bunker surveys as a trainee surveyor.
- Must not have any criminal history that may cast doubts on his integrity & independence.
- Must not be an undischarged bankrupt.
- Maritec uses the polygraph for integrity control and acceptance is a condition of employ.
- Work Experience as a licensed bunker surveyor in Singapore.
