• External estate ground maintenance - litter picking, jet washing , deep cleaning etc.

• Risk Management: Supporting the developments risk management routines, utilising the systems and processes to ensure compliance. This will include but is not limited to: -

The Estate & Service Area Operative's role is to guarantee that our client's building stands out as the premier residential development in Canary Wharf. This is achieved by maintaining the estate areas, ensuring the service bay runs smoothly, and managing refuse/recycling collection in accordance with the established service standards and operational procedures. • Act as an ambassador for Aspen and Consort Place, providing outstanding customer service and support.
• During the phased handover, assist the management team and concierge in ensuring a smooth move-in process for residents, supervising the arrival and unloading of removal vehicles in the service area and providing access to necessary areas of the development.
• Provide access to the service area for residents moving out.
