The firm's top-tier Construction department deliver a comprehensive suite of services, that encompass the entire lifespan of a project, from inception and financing to procurement, facilities, and asset management.
The team are recognised for their growing sector expertise in areas such as leisure, retail, education, urban regeneration sites, life sciences, and data centres. The team's lawyers advise on all facets of infrastructure, construction, and energy projects, and construction procurement, both domestically and internationally. They advise investors, developers, funders, occupiers and services.
As part of the role, you will be advising on all aspects of infrastructure, construction and energy projects from inception and advising on procurement strategies through contract preparation and negotiation to contract administration. You will be working closely firm's infrastructure, energy and real estate group, providing advice to owners,developers, funders, property investment companies, sponsors, occupiers and contractors on a wide range of construction matters including office developments, logistics parks, energy and infrastructure projects, hotels, shopping centres, education and community infrastructure, residential and urban regeneration.
You can also expect to advise clients on all major forms of industry standard contracts including JCT, NEC, ICE and FIDIC.
