Support Worker – Milngavie and Bearsdon

We require dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our friendly team. We deliver person centred care designed to promote the independence of our service users. Every day is different as we promote our service users to make their own choices and achieve their goals.
On a typical day you will offer guidance managing finances, medication administration, household tasks and organising and attending health appointments. You will also assist with community and social activities, helping our service users find and attend activities that align with their interests.
The service is a supported accommodation service, employees will be required to work on a rota basis with various shift patterns including waking nights and sleepovers.
Previous experience is preferred for this position although full training will be provided. Please note this role will require you to deliver personal care. Drivers are preferred but this is not essential.
An enhanced Adult PVG is required for this role.
