Full training will be provided to deliver the right outcomes for our customers, our Insurer clients and Sedgwick.
We will consider candidates with no loss adjusting experience but with the right attributes.
Our adjusters adopt a mix of site, home and office-based working throughout the week. You will also be required to engage and work with multiple internal and external specialists. When you do spend time in our office, you’ll experience bright and open surroundings which offer excellent areas for collaboration as well as desk space. It’s an ideal environment for working alongside and interacting with fellow colleagues.
Whilst you will be comfortable working on your own, you’ll be a core part of our extensive team of adjusters, and you will have dedicated technical and managerial support.
Required for this role:
• Effective communication is crucial for this role as you will need to interact with policyholders, insurance companies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to assess the cause and extent of the loss.
• The ability to deal with property damage claims with complex situations and challenges.

• Knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and property damage assessment, or at least an understanding of home insurance and basic home construction.
