* Overall responsible for all operations components of the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations
* Responsible for the development and implementation of Company annual business plan and short term strategies, as well as establishing key performance objectives to ensure that meet business targets and drives sustainable, profitable growth
* Make well-informed decisions that would lead to growth opportunities & success for the business. Acting decisively & making prompt decisions would help you evaluate the company’s aim & provide solutions to potential problems.
* Ensure that operational standards are met in regard to Construction requirements, safety regulations, operation licences and loss prevention
* Maintain and develop high standards of operations in restaurant by ensuring all SOPs are relevant, up to date, trained effectively and operationally delivered.

Job Requirements:
· Minimum 8 years’ related experience in Construction Trade
· Strong leadership skills, Management skills & Planning capability
· Able to work under pressure & fast pace environment
· Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
