About the Role:
This role will see you working as a Quantity Surveyor, part of a local team assisting the Commercial Manager and Regional Manager with commercial control & reporting on high standard Commercial activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class commercial acumen, customer service and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.
* Build Up and Generate Specifications & Scope of works based on NHF Schedule of Rates.

Role Criteria:

* Experience working with typical Pricing agreements & Frameworks, which includes mandatory knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates.
* Experience Measuring Works, Generating and Agreeing applications.
* Experience Reviewing, Validating and approving subcontractor quotations & variations in line with pricing agreements (NHF)
* Experience managing supply chain Partners.
* Experience in financial reporting and data analysis
* Strong numeracy and financial management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are necessary.
* IT skills including advanced Excel and Word are essential.

We are looking for an Estates Operative to join our Estate Services team in Aberdeen. The role is responsible for the communal cleaning, compliance testing and ad-hoc duties of different sites, which will include inspections, removal of bulk items, litter picking, basic ground maintenance, and removal of graffiti. Working as part of a team and lone working when required you will cover several sites across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
