**Daily responsibilities will include:**

**Property Viewings & Inspections** - Visit properties to check the tenant is keeping them in good order and deal with any breaches. Reporting to the Support Services Team Leader, you will work within a busy team to deliver a high standard of administrative support to our Support Services Team and the wider Construction College Midlands. Construction College Midlands is a high turnaround training centre that delivers both adult commercial and apprenticeship courses.
The responsibilities of this role include:

Booking of training courses
Liaising with customers, employers and internal stakeholders.
Management of training records
Preparation of course/programme material for instructors
Meeting and greeting visitors
Additional wider administrative tasks
Supporting other staff members as and when necessary for the role.
