Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as needed.
Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings and events, including resource allocation and communication with participants.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in maintaining databases and record-keeping systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Handle incoming inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff or department in a timely manner.
Support financial processes, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
Experience in managing confidential information with discretion.
