Job Description:

Job Description:

• Triage users to relevant services, using HMCTS prescribed service scripts and knowledge base on a daily basis, to ensure users get the right information they need at the right time, so that everyone understands what is needed and what will happen
• Jurisdiction-related administration using HMCTS predefined protocols and processes to process non-automated work
• Undertake case-readiness assessment and progress the case to the next phase, and providing information to allow users to understand what the next stage is and what they can expect next
• Identify users requiring extra/different support and undertaking basic assessment of users' Assisted Digital needs, in accordance with procedure and referring suitable cases to a third party supplier on a daily basis, to ensure users understand and can participate in the new digital process
• To handle, and where possible resolve, first contact user complaints in accordance with predefined HMCTS policy and procedures so that users feel they have been listened to and that their complaint has been handled fairly. Update the CRM system so details do not have to be repeated to a different CTSC Support Officer
• Read relevant Knowledge articles to maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of processes and systems, to be able to provide users with the right information, when they need it with no delay or confusion
• Proactively engage with HMCTS workforce planning / shift allocation tools to ensure business requirements are being met

My public sector client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant / Support Worker to work alongside one of their Lead Product Managers to support them with their day-to-day work. This is a temporary assignment for about 5 months, working Monday to Friday paying £14.53 per hour, full time 37.50 hours a week. This role will be supporting remotely, but a need to travel to support or attend their offices in central Birmingham may be required.

My public sector client is looking for a Business Support Officer to provide support within their Legal Services Directorate, where the successful candidate will play an integral part in assisting the organisations directorate (including Director and Assistant Directors) to manage their time and work effectively, so that they can focus on their priorities. This is a potential 6 month temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying £12.62 p/hr, full time 37.00 hours a week, 9.00am to 5.00pm and this role will be a hybrid role, with three days on site and two working from home.

As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for the below tasks-

• Diary management - actively the Senior Management Team's appointments, sending meeting invites, chasing responses and accepting/declining invites as appropriate. Working closely with the SMT to ensure their diaries are aligned with key priorities
• Producing briefing notes and drafting presentations for the SMT to use when attending a range of senior leader meetings
• Providing ad-hoc administrative support as required e.g. co-ordination of meetings, taking minutes, production of correspondence and distribution etc
• Travel - arranging and booking travel/accommodation for the SMT and their team as required

Theatre Logistics Support

This role requires a large amount of positive and effective interaction with all levels of customers, suppliers, and management teams. The Theatre Logistics Support is a Genmed representative on site and as such interaction with the customer and the supplier staff is required to be of the highest professional level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute all received stock, goods and equipment including NHS Supply Chain orders to the appropriate areas within Theatres, Recovery, Logistics and surrounding Departments.
• Goods receipting of soft and consumable items in accordance with stock management systems.
• Support with the completion of consumable stock takes in the storeroom and other associated store areas and advising of any stock shortages or stock outs.

Job Title: Service Manager - Mental Health & Addiction Unit

I have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider in mental health, homelessness, and hostel accommodation as their new service manager. This is a new role that will oversee the management of a 40 bed Supported Living Complex Mental Health and Rehab unit.

Based in Birmingham City Centre, Monday to Friday Office based 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm. You will also oversee the On call but will very rarely be called to action.

The unit will work alongside the NHS and be responsible for hospital discharges of those with Mental Health and Addiction issues.

Working as part of the Customer Service Group within HMRC, the UK's tax, payments, and customs authority, you will be helping to support a vital purpose: to collect the money that pays for the UK's public services and help families and individuals with targeted financial support. 

A number of exciting customer service opportunities have arisen on an ongoing temporary basis, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a difference. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting HMRC's customers with their telephone queries and you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive quality guidance and support. You will be working within a fast-paced environment and working to targets, whilst dealing with multiple complex customer queries over the telephone regarding their tax accounts, so we are looking for people who are comfortable with working in this type of role and environment.

This role will be a hybrid working role; however, all applicants must be situated within an hour of a HMRC site location as you will be required to attend the office from time to time and on day 1 for Induction, IT Collection and for any other business needs.

• £13.04 per hour pay rate (equivalent to £25,082 FTE salary)

Key Responsibilities:
