Job Descriptions
- Prepare monthly closing reports (departmental financial performances, profit and loss, cash flow)
- Prepare monthly environmental, social and governance report to the Group
- Prepare weekly debtor aging for weekly discussion on collection
- Monitor completeness and accuracy of finance postings from HIS to FIS
- Review finance activities in FIS to ensure accounting entries are accurately recorded
- Support Finance Manager with any ad-hoc reports and process improvements
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent for yearly statutory audit and tax return submissions queries
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting or audit field
- Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills and a good team player
- Proficient in computer literacy (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Willing to learn and upskill further in computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills to handle colleagues, team members, external parties
- Strong in accounting such as double entries & reconciliations
- Competent in identifying and improving operating processes
