In response to the Carter Reviews diagnostics work team was introduced, however following the Mike Richards review further investment was secured to increase the team size to manage the increased outputs for Diagnostics including delivery of Community Diagnostic Centres as well as the diagnostic pillar transformation. This role is part of the newly expanded team. The Diagnostics Team support Integrated Care systems to deliver the diagnostics transformation, specifically supporting network formation, review of clinical pathways and implementation of Community Diagnostic Hubs. The overall objective of the team is to improve outcomes and access to Diagnostics ensuring earlier diagnosis and connected patient records. This role will provide programme and project management support to the Senior Diagnostic Transformation Managers as well as the wider NW Diagnostic Team, Senior Managers, Directors and stakeholders. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY The Project Support Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the programme management office (PMO). This will include working with PMO team members to develop processes and audit trails to manage, track and report on programme/project progress. Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Support Manager to join our organisation, on a full time, permanent basis. The Commercial Support Manager role will help support the transition of CHP's property team towards a more contractually resilient commercial culture. The occupant of this role can be located anywhere in North West England. As CHP escalates the need for evidence of compliant asset condition, technical assurance and the delivery of improved self-reporting metrics, this role will provide regional and then national support for the necessary reporting disciplines.

Main duties Responsibility for ensuring: Standards of work are maintained and local and Trust policies are adhered to. Work is customer focused, timely and of a high quality. All telephone contacts are managed with good communications skills, taking and relaying messages and using initiative to respond to queries on behalf of the service. Calls from distressed parents and carers are dealt with in an empathetic manner, using initiative to respond appropriately, escalating to a nurse when available. Liaison with other professionals on behalf of the service and acting as a consistent point of contact for effective communication; via telephone, email or letter. Maintenance and support effective diary management for the CCNS, applying staffing, appointments and meetings as required.
