Job DescriptionClinical Service Manager Salary: Up to £45,000Are you a compassionate and proactive Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) seeking an opportunity to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health conditions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Clinical Services Manager. This role requires a strong clinical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing patient-centred care.
To be successful in this role, you will need: - A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Extensive experience in working with individuals with complex mental health conditions.
- Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with individuals, families, and external stakeholders.

As the Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for: - Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of compassionate and person-centred care to individuals with complex mental health conditions.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of evidence-based care plans in alignment with best practice guidelines.
- Providing clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including regular supervision and tailored training to promote professional development.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders, including community organizations and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support services for individuals with complex mental health conditions.
- Monitoring and maintaining high standards of clinical governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of services through the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and adherence to best practice guidelines.
