We are looking for an Internal Sales Person to join our Nottingham branch (NG5):

As an Internal Sales Person, you will provide excellent customer service to our key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty.

You’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. Our Internal Sales Persons will be the first point of call for key accounts clients. You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport & grow your client portfolio.

We are looking for sales minded people, who enjoy talking to clients, love to use probing questions to understand the full picture, and are organised to ensure weekly/monthly & bi/monthly touch points are scheduled in.

You may also support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are completed on time.

Internal Sales Person – Experience & Attributes:

- Must have a Full Valid UK Driving Licence
- Experience of working in a highly competitive or Target driven customer focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality)
- Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous
- A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
- An ability to recognise sales opportunities

The International Support Unit Administrator role is integral in supporting the International Student Recruitment and International Recruitment Partnership Teams in providing a first-class service to key stakeholders. The role holder will offer friendly, prompt and comprehensive responses to requests for information, proactively support additional channels of communications, undertake market research and data analysis tasks when required and provide ongoing project support where needed. They will offer essential administrative, data and logistical support to this busy student facing team and will be expected to support international student recruitment activity, projects and inbound events throughout the year.

The post is offered on a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) contract. Job share arrangements may be considered.
