Introduction
Cognitive was founded in 2009 and has been helping children with learning difficulties cope with their academic challenges. Statistically, more than 90% of our students succeeded in progressing to Secondary School and almost 100% of our students proceeded to higher education. We are proud of our achievement and credit our success to our past contributions from staff, past and present.
Role Description
As part of our expansion, development and identifying talent and providing opportunities for new graduates to experience the role of Management Trainees in Special Education, learn how to execute successful intervention methods, and have the chance to learn from the professionals, we invite applicants to apply for a 6 months traineeship program. Upon completion of this program, selected trainees will be given an opportunity to sign a full-time contract with us. Potential candidates may also be offered supervisory position.
Trainees would be given training, opportunities to learn from our coaching staff, participate in research and development and be mentored for skills development with the ultimate objective for this staff to be groomed for supervisor and management position.
This is not a typical traineeship program. Trainees will be subjected to reviews, test and assessments periodically by management to ensure that only those who meet our expectations would be given the opportunity to pursue a career with us.
