URGENT CARE ASSISTANT - KEYNSHAM (PART TIME, WEEKEND OVERNIGHT WORKING PATTERN) As a result of continued growth,Medvivoare seeking to recruit an Urgent Care Assistant to undertake driving and receptionist duties to support the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care services across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset. Medvivo operates a 24/7, 365 days a year service, on a rolling 4-week rota pattern to be agreed following a successful interview, providing care to our service users. The role will involve non-clinical support to clinicians and patients who use the NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours service. Your key duties will include: Driving Driving Clinicians to the patient's home in a safe and legal manner adhering to current driving regulations. Perform basic vehicle checks at the beginning and end of shifts ensuring they are roadworthy, fuelled and fully equipped. Accurate recording of all medications and consumables used while on shift. Base To be the first point of contact for the patient or carer/relative in our designated Treatment Centres. Supporting Clinicians while you are on shift. Communicating with patients both in person and via the telephone (comfort & welfare checks). Ensure the Treatment Centre is kept clean and tidy. Medication and Stock Management: Using a variety of computer systems to accurately maintain stock levels of medication and consumables. Replenishing car stock at the end of your shift. We are seeking to recruit a specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. At Christ Church, we passionately believe in nurturing our pupils and providing the best possible support in order to enable every pupil to grow and flourish. We have established our own enhanced learning provision in order to provide an adapted environment and curriculum for pupils with SEND. We are looking for a skilled TA who is passionate about supporting vulnerable pupils and providing bespoke emotional literacy and self-regulation support for pupils with an EHCP. The successful candidate may already be a qualified ELSA or someone who desires to undertake this qualification as the next part of their professional development. The successful person will work alongside our existing Enhanced School Provision team to support pupils in a 1:1 role. Previous experience of supporting pupils with special educational needs is essential. We are looking for a candidate who has particular skills in the following areas: Emotional Literacy Self-regulation including knowledge of Zones of Regulation Anxiety Demand avoidance Autism Sensory needs The successful candidate will require a good standard of education, normally evidenced by 3 or more GCSEs (including Mathematics and English) at Grade C or above or other equivalents.
