• Hourly Rate: £12.59-£13.50 p/h

• Shift Patterns:
  • 5:00-15:00
  • 13:00-23:00
• Driver: A valid driver's license is essential, as the role involves driving a mobility car.
• Contract: Full-time role, focused on supporting complex care needs.

The role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils, specifically but not limited to 1:1 SEN support, including the provision of specialist skills as appropriate.

Skills required:

• Experience of working with SEN children / young people
• Experience working within an educational environment
• Maths and English at GCSE C or Level 2 functional skills is essential
• A teaching assistant or SEN based qualification would be advantageous
• Patience, compassion and an ability to motivate and communicate effectively with pupils and staff is also required
