Job Scope:
• Handle counter enquiries and provide information to users on processes
• Receive applications for records/appeals at the counters and verify that the documents submitted are properly filed
• Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience
• Provide suggestions on improving service quality and processes to enhance users’ service experience.
Requirements:
• 2 – 5 years of working experience in related industries or environment, such as in a customer-fronting job, would be an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Candidates without the required work experience but possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply
• Pleasant service aptitude and passion to serve
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to think on your feet to diffuse difficult situations.
• Good attention to detail
• Good time management with the ability to multi-task well
• Excellent team player who is self-driven and can also work independently
