Fundraising Manager
Based at Rothesay Court / Hybrid Working

Overview: This is a rewarding role with many different aspects. The Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in driving The Gingerbread Centre’s fundraising initiatives.

The role involves managing and expanding existing fundraising strategies, launching new initiatives and developing relationships with corporate partners and the wider community, to ensure sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both community and corporate fundraising, event management and the motivation to drive the charity forward.

Hours: 37 hours a week, with some flexibility, as some evenings and weekends may be required. (Part-time will be considered for the right candidate.)

Salary: £32,198.01 – £34,030.74 FTE (depending on experience)

You will need:
• 3-5 years in a fundraising role
• Strong networking abilities
• Excellent organisation skills
• Managerial experience of at least 3 years
• Experience in organising and managing successful events
• Proven ability to manage and grow Trust & Grant programmes
