Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead the care home and move it towards an Outstanding rating. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with CQC regulations, and creating a positive working culture. Key Responsibilities:
Prioritise the needs of service users and ensure their well-being.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and strive for an Outstanding rating.
Build and maintain a positive working culture within the care home.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-quality care team.
Utilise strong organisational skills to manage daily operations effectively.
Demonstrate IT literacy for efficient record-keeping and communication.
Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and passion for providing exceptional care.
Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Manager with relevant qualifications (RMA, NVQ Level 5, or equivalent).
Proven experience in managing care services for individuals with LD, Mental Health, challenging behaviours, and complex care needs.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to create a positive and motivating work environment.
Excellent organisational and IT skills.
A commitment to ensuring CQC compliance and driving the service towards an Outstanding rating.
