FIRE AND SECURITY - OPERATION MANAGER/ SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER/ CONTRACTS MANAGER/ REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER or OPERATIONS MANAGER to oversee and manage the fire and security service engineer division. You as our Operations Manager or REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of fire and security services, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing operational processes. Leadership and Team Management:

- Manage and supervise a team of technicians, installers, and support staff, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization.

Improve the ability or team to deliver fire and security servicing for customers

Customer Relationship Management:

We are looking for a new service manager to support one of our services in Redhill. This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting their management career and sits within our level 1 management banding. The role is a combination of admin days and shifts.

The Primary Care Network (PCN) Service Manager will support the Head of PCNs in theoperational delivery and management of PCN services, ensuring key standards are met,maintained, and sustained. PCNs are critical to the changing NHS and are the focal point of all locally developedplanning and service delivery.
