• Exercise delegated authority to oversee the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of the Army Sexual Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program.

Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following:

• As the Division Chief for Cyber and Space Intelligence Support within OUSD(I&S), advises and assists the Director and Deputy Director for Global Operations & Integration (GOI) with all matters pertaining to intelligence policy, guidance, oversight, and resource advocacy for the Defense Intelligence and Security Enterprise on matters pertaining to Cyber and Space.
• Serve as an advocate for those elements across the Defense Intelligence and Security Enterprise that have equities in the areas of Cyber and Space. In concert with the Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Services, Combat Support Agencies and NRO, The Joint Staff and others in OSD, engages with foreign defense partners to develop common ground and working intelligence relationships in the areas of Space and Cyber.
• Advises the Director, GOI and other USD(I&S) leadership on issues/challenges related to intelligence support to Cyber and Space operations, activities, and investments based on an understanding of intelligence support to both Space and Cyber operations and how Space and Cyber operations support intelligence.
• Provides assessments and recommendations concerning measures to be taken to improve effectiveness and efficiency of intelligence and security policies and oversight implementation as it relates to DoD Cyber and Space organizations.
• Enables, prioritizes, and synchronizes OUSD (I&S) and DISE support to defense strategy, current and future operational needs, and foreign partnerships to both Space and Cyber activities.

In this position, you will:

• Supervise, manage, and lead a talented, multi-disciplinary team consisting of marketing, business development, communications, and customer experience specialists.
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop a highly technical staff to consistently deliver superior customer service and communications.
• Conceive, design, and implement an Agency-level lead generation and customer acquisition strategy that generates sufficient annual revenue to fund the Agency's operations and activities.
• Partner and collaborate with relevant NTIS Offices, all aspects of the Agency's annual marketing and sales activities, including brand management, product promotion, advertising, digital marketing, social media, and customer relationship management.
• Plan and execute a multi-year strategy that increases awareness among the Public and Federal Agencies, of the Agency's value proposition, authorities, products, services, and capabilities.
• Conceive, design, and implement an Agency-level lead generation and customer acquisition strategy that generates sufficient annual revenue to fund the NTIS's operations and activities.
• Develop and implement a business development or "pitch" strategy that presents to prospective customers, NTIS unique authorities, products, services, and capabilities.
• Provide recommendations to the NTIS's annual planning and budgeting process, to equip the Agency with the best-in-class marketing, business development, and customer relationship management technologies.

• Development and assignment of goals, objectives and policies for subordinate supervisors and organizations.
• Ensures the organization has supervisory coverage at all times and that workload is balanced among appropriate organizations.
• Manage overall IT employee performance management to include DPMAP; prepares, advises, and process IT Awards, recognition, and hiring incentives.
• Serves as the principal lead for DeCAIT administrative processes, keeping the Executive Director IT/Chief Information Officer (CIO) abreast of IT administrative program mandates, compliance, progress, and obstacles.
• Leads the directorate responsible for managing budget execution and contributes to all major IT submissions to the DeCA Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Department of Defense Office of the Chief Management Officer (OCMO) including year of planning and execution and future years defense program (FYDP) planning.

• Direct human resources specialists and administrative support personnel to enhance the execution of comprehensive human capital, human resources, and training initiatives supporting agency personnel.
• Execute strength management, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, evaluations, awards and recognition, workforce training, safety, and public release of information while ensuring conformity to correct policies and regulations.
• Advise senior management officials and division chiefs on a wide variety of key human resources and human capital issues.
• Develop studies, analysis, and data to support business cases for change; provides expertise and insights to agency leadership on best business practices.
• Oversee that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services.
