Summary: This role is for the Data Center Advisory Team

Using deep data center expertise, we deliver full services from site selection, appraisals, feasibility studies, project and facilities management to sales, leasing and investing.

Looking for clients to help them in developing, building, buying, selling, investing in or manage and modernize data center projects from one location through to an entire portfolio.

Deliver fully converged real estate, facilities and technology solutions for data center owners, occupiers and investors throughout India and around the globe.

• Lead the data center Research & Advisory team across APAC & EMEA
• Manage the center of excellence team based in India.
• Track and analyze data center activity in APAC & EMEA, identify trends, growth opportunities and challenges.
• Collect and analyze data and publications on the global data center sector.
• Assess findings and disseminate across various research outputs for internal and external audiences, written publications, client presentations, webinars and industry speaking opportunities
• Answering data and informational queries from regional team (APAC & EMEA) and being a knowledgeable source of truth for data center insights for internal personnel
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop research proposals that will assist in business development and other revenue driving opportunities
• Assist global research team in drafting signature biannual and annual reports
• Maintain effective communication with the C&W Data Center Advisory Team (DCAT) and other stakeholders, including through participation in regular team meetings
• Achieve revenue target set for the data center advisory function
• Prepare proposals for advisory pitches/mandates
• Interact with clients and key stake holders for business opportunities
• Respond to media queries and participate in events to represent C&W’s DCAT
• Execute bespoke advisory mandates for clients that may include demand estimations, pricing strategies, financial feasibility, market study, competitor benchmarking, regulatory and compliance requirements, etc.
• Ensure fee is collected from clients basis the executed/delivered mandates/reports.
• Domestic & International Travel may be required as per business needs.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Director with a history of over-performance in quota attainment to join our Data Centre Advisory team. As an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, you will provide advisory services to enterprise clients, and supporting solutions around Data Centre Colocation & allied Services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Proactively Lead & engage in business development activities to win new business for Data Centre Colocation Services – at the regional level; this includes sourcing, executing & closing deals.
• Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with Data Centre Operators & End Users.
• Set face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including "C" level executives within our target marketplace
• Deliver customer presentations that are top-notch and articulate the Cushman & Wakefield’s Value Proposition
• Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
• Develop a thorough understanding of the Cushman & Wakefield’s Advisory Service process
• Apply solution and consultative sales skills to manage account cycles
