About the role: 

The Sr Manager, Utility Customer Success Management will be responsible for empowering the customer to minimize time to value and working cross functionally to drive initiatives internally on their behalf. • Acts as a liaison between the customer and department or agency staff by following up on customer requests or complaints and solving problems related to service issues

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & WORKING CONDITIONS

As a Sr BI Product Manager at HCSC, you will play a crucial role in owning and managing one or more BI solutions products. You will operate with a minimal amount of guidance and supervision, serving as the primary owner responsible for translating customer needs into BI solutions products that provide significant business value.
